Rental Terms
- 4 hours minimum rent on eligible items.
- Day is 24 hours of possession (up to 8 hours of run time on metered equipment).
- Once you hit four days on a rental, it's the same price for the rest of the 7-day week, then you pay a cheaper daily rate until you get to the 4th week. The 4th week is free.
- We charge a fuel surcharge on machines not returned full of fuel.
- We don't give breaks for weather (no "rain days").
- If you have any questions or issues call us. We can't fix a problem we don't know about.

GRAB & GO
- You must be able to properly secure equipment
- Your vehicle should be large enough to accommodate the equipment dimensions/weight
Get a trailer
- Rent one from Iron Mountain Tool & Equipment Rentals, or use your own
- You must be able to properly secure equipment and/or trailer
- Vehicle towing capacity should accommodate for selected equipment & trailer weight/dimensions
- Vehicle should have a compatible style ball/hitch for selected trailer
- Compatibility of wiring requirements for hitch and trailer
Request delivery/pickup
- Contact us ahead of time to make arrangements. We'll need to know the open hours, any gate entry codes, special instructions, and safety requirements for access
